In the wide world of NASCAR title sponsorships, GOVX will officially graduate from rookie status with the second annual GOVX 200 scheduled to go down in the Valley on Saturday, March 7th at Phoenix Raceway. As we collectively rev up for another round-trip visit to the 48th state, we’ve gone ahead and outlined what fans like you can look forward to at this year’s big race.

TEAM GOVX HAS THE GIVEAWAYS AND THE GOODS
You best believe we’re not trekking 350+ miles across state lines without some freebies for our loot-collecting contingent of NASCAR-lovin' heroes. For those planning on being in attendance for the GOOD RANCHERS 250/GOVX 200 doubleheader on Saturday, March 7th or The Straight Wireless Talk 500 on Sunday, March 8th, TEAM GOVX will be stationed on The Midway at our booth with a limited number of challenge coins for members only. Try to stop by early in the day to get yours.
But that’s not all. THE PAT TILLMAN FOUNDATION IS GETTING A BIG OL' CHECK
As the January beneficiary of the GOVX Gives Back initiative, the Pat Tillman Foundation will be recognized during a pre-race check presentation at the GOVX 200.
The Foundation was established to carry forward the legacy of Pat Tillman - the former Arizona Cardinals safety who left his NFL career to serve as a U.S. Army Ranger following 9/11. Today, the Pat Tillman Foundation invests in high-impact service members, veterans, and military spouses through academic scholarships and a national leadership development community. For more than 20 years, the Foundation has supported nearly 1,000 Tillman Scholars as they lead and serve in medicine, public policy, technology, education, and communities across the country.
This contribution was made possible by generous GOVX members and matching partner Manly Bands. Dr. Katherine Steele, CEO and 2014 Tillman Scholar, will also serve as Honorary Starter for the GOVX 200.

ARIZONA CARDINALS PRO BOWL SAFETY BUDDA BAKER WILL SERVE AS THE GRAND MARSHAL
8x Pro Bowl and 2x First Team All-Pro safety Budda Baker has officially been announced as this year's Grand Marshal of the GOVX 200. Baker, who recorded his 1,000th career tackle this past season en route to his 8th Pro Bowl appearance, recently completed his 9th year in Arizona, continuing his role as a defensive captain for the Cardinals.
The 30-year old Bellevue, Washington native has worked to raise support and awareness for The Foster Care Alliance, wearing customized cleats in 2024 as part of the Cardinals' MY CAUSE MY CLEATS initiative.
HOT DOG! JOEY CHESNUT IS ON HAND TO HOST WIENER TAKES ALL
The stakes are higher, and the energy is even higher on Sunday as Joey Chestnut teams up with GOVX and Charbroil to host WIENER TAKES ALL PRESENTED BY JOEY CHESTNUT, prior to NASCAR Cup Series Straight Talk Wireless 500.
The Event: Wiener Takes All Presented By Joey Chestnut -- Emceed by world champion competitive eater Joey Chestnut.
The Competitors: A "Battle of the Badges" and military branches featuring our nation's heroes.
The Format: A rapid-fire, 7-minute exhibition-style showdown.
The Location: Victory Lane at the NASCAR Cup Series Straight Talk Wireless 500.
The Time: 9am MST on Sunday, March 8th.
Over a grueling 7-minute hot dog-eating sprint, representatives from the U.S. Military branches, Law Enforcement, and Fire services will go head-to-head in a battle of appetite and endurance.
