Here’s how GOVX members nationwide
are getting involved.
Every day in this country, an average of 22 Veterans are lost to suicide. It’s a sobering and staggering number, one that demands action and deserves awareness for those who’ve served and suffered silently. Through the Mission 22 Workout of the Day, participants are encouraged to train with purpose, executing 22 reps during 22-minute time caps or team formats to emphasize unity and remembrance. By getting involved, we can all help bring attention to an issue that is too often left unnoticed, and fuel Mission 22’s fight to end it.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
